During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes.
Each individual may hold only one active phnova account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and a permanent ban from the Platform.
phnova is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phnova account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:
phnova will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified us of a security breach in a timely manner.
phnova accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking. Available payment methods may change from time to time, and phnova will notify players of any material changes.
The minimum deposit amount on phnova is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your phnova account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to be credited, depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution.
Withdrawal requests are processed by phnova within the timeframes stated on the Platform at the time of the request. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. phnova reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
All transactions on the phnova Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phnova does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the player.
You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that have been obtained through lawful means. phnova reserves the right to investigate the source of funds and to suspend accounts pending such investigation. Depositing funds on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
phnova may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, validity periods, and game restrictions, which will be stated at the time the bonus is offered.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount and, in some cases, to the deposit amount as well. phnova reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if we determine, in our sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated betting strategies to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.
phnova reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account prior to the change.
All games and betting markets available on the phnova Platform are governed by specific game rules, which are accessible within each game or betting market. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game or market.
phnova uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. phnova does not manipulate game outcomes in any way. All bets are final once confirmed. phnova reserves the right to void bets in cases of technical error, manifest error in odds or game settings, or where a bet has been placed in breach of these Terms.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
All content on the phnova Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of phnova or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of phnova.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phnova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.
phnova's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phnova account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phnova does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the Platform or any part thereof at any time without notice.
phnova collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. phnova complies with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

You may close your phnova account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phnova Platform shall first be submitted to phnova's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.
